Introduction
The PhD in Leadership and Sustainable Development focusses on providing interdisciplinary and multicultural opportunities to study topics related to leadership and sustainable development. Through in-depth analysis of the latest business environment, management theory and business philosophy, it aims to enable doctoral students to explore, understand and criticize theories, concepts, competencies and values, ethics related to leadership. Along the way, students are encouraged to develop and critically explore specific strategies for implementing these philosophies.
The programme is tailored to provide a diversified, innovative, interactive, non-off-production academic exchange platform for industry elites and executives of national and foreign companies, and to carry out three-dimensional doctoral education courses.

The primary focus of the programme is on teaching and researching in the field of Leadership and Sustainable Development. It is expected that the program will develop an atmosphere where faculty are accessible to students. Teaching and research will be complimentary with each other and the program will encourage faculty and students to jointly publish cutting edge research materials.
